Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
All Trill Pills orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and USPS service levels.
Please note that delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to USPS, Trill Pills is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at trillpills@gmail.com. While we will do our best to make changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed or shipped.
Trill Pills is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at trillpills@gmail.com so we can assist you in reviewing the issue.
If your USPS tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting us.
Trill Pills is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that hemp-derived products are permitted in their location before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally be shipped to the delivery address provided.
