Refund & No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our ingestible hemp-derived supplements and for health and safety reasons, Trill Pills cannot accept returns or restock products once they have left our facility. This policy helps us protect the quality, safety, and integrity of the products we provide to our customers.

All sales are final. We cannot accept returned products, including unopened items, and we do not issue refunds based on personal preference, taste, individual results, or changes in personal circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at trillpills@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.
